Membership Manager

Reporting to the Director of Individual Giving, the Membership Manager is responsible for the day to day management of all aspects of the Friends of the High Line’s membership and direct response program.

Seasonal Sales Associate

Seasonal Associates will staff FHL’s merchandise and membership kiosk on the High Line. Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Associates will serve as the primary fundraising and sales team on the High Line. Responsibilities will include soliciting membership sales, selling High Line branded merchandise, fielding inquiries from park visitors, and executing varied and creative promotional activities. This position provides crucial support to the Food & Revenue department’s mission of creating and maintaining sustainable revenue streams to fund this extraordinary public park.

Seasonal Retail Sales Supervisor

Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Sales Supervisors will supervise the staff of Seasonal Sales Associates at FHL’s membership and merchandise kiosks on the High Line. The Sales Supervisors will ensure all policies, procedures, and controls are followed and will aid in the planning, organizing, and delegating of work among staff and set the tone for a productive and collaborative environment. Additional responsibilities will include soliciting membership sales, selling High Line branded merchandise, fielding inquiries from park visitors, and executing varied and creative promotional activities. This position provides crucial support to the Food & Revenue department’s mission of creating and maintaining sustainable revenue streams to fund this extraordinary public park.

Website & Email Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Website and Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of Friends of the High Line’s website, execution of FHL’s e-mail marketing program, and future technology and infrastructure projects.
