Do you wonder what public art does? Or, what makes a public space successful?

High Line Curator Lauren Ross will join David Koren, Executive Producer of FIGMENT, and a representative from the New York City Department of Transportation's Urban Art Program to address these questions, as well as other hot topics in the world of public art and public art space.

The conversation is part of the Creative Conversations series hosted by Emerging Leaders of New York Arts (ELNYA) and Student Network Exploring Arts & Culture (SNEAC). Katie Denny from the North Brooklyn Art Coalition will moderate.
