Park Update: Crews have cleared the High Line's paths, and the park is open to the public between Gansevoort and 30th Streets. We are working to open the remainder of the park as soon as possible. Please check back or follow @highlinenyc on Twitter for updates.

Help Friends of the High Line Bring Toys to Local Children

With your help, we can bring holiday cheer to more than 300 local kids this year!

Today we kick off the High Line Holiday Toy Drive in partnership with Hudson Guild, Fulton Youth of the Future, the New York City Housing Authority, Posman Books, and Chelsea Market Baskets. For the next two weeks, stop by Chelsea Market at designated times to drop off a toy or make a financial contribution. All toys and monetary donations will go toward holiday gifts for local families in need.

With Black Friday and Cyber Monday behind us, today we kick off the High Line Holiday Toy Drive just in time for another nationwide holiday event, #GivingTuesday. Citizens, non-profits, and businesses throughout the United States are designating today as a special opportunity to share the holiday spirit with those in need.

We hope you’ll join us in making this holiday unforgettable for kids in our neighborhood. Bring a new, unwrapped toy for kids between the ages of 4 and 14 to one of the locations below:
