J.Crew Collection

We are so excited to show you what the J.Crew designers have created for the High Line. The new products celebrate the park with a thoughtfully designed series of tees and sweatshirts – each paying tribute to the elevated railway’s history through whimsical illustrations, iconic photographs, and playful typography.

There is a soft linen tee for womens featuring George Olson’s botanical illustrations of butterfly milkweed – one of our favorite summer plants now blooming on the High Line. There is a vintage cotton tee for men with a special freight train illustration created by J.Crew’s design team. For summer days on the beach, there is a playful cotton tee for kids featuring Peter Brown's illustrations of a young boy who found a hidden garden atop an abandoned railroad. And for your littlest High Line fans, a new onesie for babies features “Park in the Sky” set in colorful handwritten type. The collection also includes a canvas tote, makeup pouch, and fun friendship bracelets.

For those who love the High Line, the new collection is a fun way to support the park and look great too. Thanks to J.Crew’s generous support, 100% of the net proceeds will go to Friends of the High Line, helping us keep the park clean, beautiful, and inspiring.

Need more incentive to shop the collection?

Check out J.Crew’s Tumblr blog for the latest post in their “Lunch Break” series. Our friends at J.Crew coordinated a fabulous photo shoot with people from the High Line’s community modeling the new apparel on the park.

The collection is now available from the High Line Shop, which is accessible online as well as on the High Line at West 16th Street every Tuesday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, between May and October. The collection will also be available for purchase at select J.Crew stores in New York City and at J.Crew.com.
