Recent visitors to the High Line may notice an explosion of public art in and around our Maintenance and Operations Facilities at Gansevoort and Washington Streets. Bright, bold decals cover the parking lot. Splashy graphics wrap the perimeter fence. Even the roofs of our trailers are covered with color.
