EnlargeHaunt Room

Put on your Halloween costume and join us for hot cider at the opening festivities of Sue de Beer’s Haunt Room, a new interactive public art installation on the High Line at West 14th Street. Haunt Room is designed to induce haunted feelings in the viewer using infrasound, an audio tone below the threshold of human hearing. Infrasound exposure may also temporarily induce feelings of drowsiness, extreme sorrow, pressure in the ears, loss of concentration, and disorientation.
