The transformation of the High Line from out-of-use freight rail structure to an extraordinary public park would not have been possible without the vision of the design team of James Corner Field Operations, Diller Scofidio + Renfro, and Piet Oudolf.

Join landscape architect, Elizabeth Fain LaBombard, an Associate at James Corner Field Operations, on a walking tour to learn about the project from concept through execution. She will focus on the challenges of designing and installing on an elevated steel structure and provide insight into how the High Line’s unique details were implemented.

This High Line Program is open to visitors of all ages. Tickets are $15, or $10 for members of Friends of the High Line.

LOCATION
The meeting location will be provided in the confirmation email following your ticket purchase.
