High Line Live!: ¡Arriba!


Friends of the High Line is pleased to partner with HAI and Hudson Guild to present three evenings of dancing and live Latin music on the High Line in June, July, and August. On Wednesday, August 22, join us for live music by Nu D'Lux.

Join us for additional evenings of live music and dancing on Wednesday, June 27, and Wednesday, July 25.

About Nu D’Lux
Established in 1995 in Brooklyn, Nu D’Lux has its roots in Son Montuno, an important genre of Cuban popular music that is the foundation of many dance forms including salsa. Co-leaders Aaron Halva and Jainardo Batista-Sterling fuse European and African musical influences, blending a profound respect for traditional Latin music with a hearty dose of funky innovation all with an urban sensibility.
