Join us for hands-on art projects on the High Line! This year's Arty Hours is inspired by the current High Line Art group exhibition, Busted, and invites kids and their care givers to engage in art making activities connected to ideas expressed by monuments. Participants will get to create and re-imagine monuments as well as hunt for site-specific monuments along the High Line.

At each Arty Hours, young builders can create one-of-a-kind vehicles, forts, structures, and machines with the Children’s Workyard Kit, a crate of kid-friendly planks, nuts, bolts, and other custom materials by industrial designer Cas Holman.

Drop by every Saturday to enjoy the view and make something new!

In the event of rain, or when the 23rd Street Lawn is closed, Arty Hours will take place in the 14th Street Passage, on the High Line at West 14th Street. Check back or follow @highlinenyc on Twitter for updates on Saturdays by 8:00 AM.

Due to permanent damage caused by Hurricane Sandy, the 23rd Street Elevator is currently out of service until further notice. If you require elevator access, please use the High Line's elevators at West 14th, West 16th, or West 30th Street.
