Starting November 7, we have a Holiday Pop Up Kiosk indoors at Chelsea Market. Chelsea Market is located at 75 9th Avenue, and the High Line Holiday Pop up is located across from Bowery Kitchen, and open daily from 10 am - 7pm. Visit us to shop, meet our staff, or learn more about becoming a High Line Member!
We charge a flat rate of $7.95 per order.
Standard shipping arrives in 5-7 business days; and express shipping, ordered by 11 am, arrives in two business days.
Friends of the High Line will provide all UPS orders with tracking number via the email address used during purchase. The tracking number will be sent with a confirmation of shipment. Unfortunately, the United States Postal Service does not offer tracking service or delivery confirmation for international shipping or Post Office boxes.
Yes. Additional charges will apply and shipping is based on weight and will automatically calculate as you check out. Please be advised that delivery times are dependent on country customs and the United States Postal Service does not offer tracking services for international shipping.
UPS unfortunately does not ship to Post Office boxes. All orders shipped via UPS must be shipped to a street address. However, if you need an order shipped to a Post Office box, your order will ship via United States Postal Service.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
When your order arrives be sure to inspect the condition of your items upon delivery. If any items from your order arrived damaged or if there is a mistake with your order please contact Friends of the High Line so we may assist you. Call us at 212-206-9922 x 3306 or e-mail email@example.com.
You may return merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any items that you wish to return or exchange must arrive in original condition. Please note that any lost return/exchange shipments are the responsibility of the sender, and we recommend that you insure your shipment.
To help us process your return in a timely manner, please include a copy of the receipt that you received via e-mail or the packing slip from your order.

Many items are created exclusively for the High Line by celebrated members of New York's vibrant fashion, art and design communities. Others—such as our garden tools and accessories—are carefully selected by our own in-house experts. Like the High Line, the retail program aims to inspire new ways of thinking about city, parks, public space, preservation, and community.
Friends of the High Line provides virtually all of the High Line's annual operating budget. Every purchase plays a vital role in maintaining the High Line as an extraordinary public space.
