Apply Now to Become a High Line Greeter
Now is your chance to be a part of the High Line's opening season as a Greeter. Greeters will be a small group of committed volunteers on the High Line, who will engage visitors during opening activities and anticipated busy periods during the High Line's first summer.High Line Greeters will welcome visitors, answer questions and provide information and assistance. Greeters will work with Friends of the High Line staff to help create a positive, diverse community of visitors during the essential first season the High Line is open.

Please note: accepted applicants must complete a mandatory four-hour training, and must commit to at least five three-hour shifts on the High Line from June to October.
The Deadline for Greeter applications is 12:00 Noon on Friday, May 8th.
There are currently limited volunteer opportunities outside of the Greeter Program. However, volunteer applications are accepted at all times, and once accepted, volunteers will be contacted whenever opportunities arise.
