On Friday, March 4, 2011, High Line Art, presented by Friends of the High Line, debuted the first public art commission of the Spring 2011 Season: Kim Beck’s Space Available. For the High Line, Beck has created three sculptures resembling the skeletal framework behind advertising billboards, and installed them on rooftops of buildings adjacent to southern terminus of the park.
