Friends of the High Line is pleased to present Trains on Film, a three-night series of free, open-air film screenings on the High Line. The series includes the debut of a new short film, titled All Aboard!, and revival screenings of Some Like It Hot and Strangers on a Train.
The series begins on Friday, September 16 at 7:30 PM with the premiere of All Aboard!, a new 28-minute compilation of iconic scenes from more than 100 films, ranging from cinematic classics to modern favorites.
All Aboard! was produced by Wendy Keys, directed by Tony Impavido, and edited by Brian Angioletti.
Some Like It Hot will be screened on Friday, September 23 at 7:00 PM. Strangers on a Train will be screened on Friday, September 30 at 7:00 PM. Screenings of All Aboard! will immediately follow the screenings of Some Like It Hot and Strangers on a Train.
