When construction is complete, The High Line at the Rail Yards will stretch one half mile from West 30th Street to West 34th Street. The design renderings show a meandering path that will offer sweeping views of the Hudson River and a birds-eye view of the Hudson Rail Yards, now home to off-duty MTA trains.

This is the final, exciting piece of High Line construction ! Visitors still have one last chance to view this section of the High Line in its wild, untouched landscape. Three days a week special free public walks are offered to see Carol Bove’s High Line Commission Caterpillar , a series of sculptures installed in the rail yards section of the High Line.
