[1]Teens from around the city turn the High Line into their stage during Step to the High Line [2], a week-long festival of step performances. Beginning Monday, a different step team performs their routine on the High Line each day of the week. On Saturday, the festival culminates in a showcase [3] of all step teams, as well as a special guest appearance by Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity and an interactive, family-friendly learn-to-step workshop [4] led by teens from Christopher Columbus High Line.

The Step to the High Line Festival and Showcase are presented in partnership with Friends of the High Line, Hudson Guild [6], and Youth Step USA [7]. Performances on the High Line are generously supported by The Philip & Janice Levin Foundation.
