If you didn't get a chance to check out "NY Export: Opus Jazz" when it debuted [2] on PBS in March, you will have the chance to see a special screening on the High Line this fall. In the meantime, there will two screenings in the New York City area next week.

"NY Export: Opus Jazz" is an amazing cinematic interpretation of a ballet choreographed in 1958 by Jerome Robbins. The film, which was created, produced, and danced by members of the New York City Ballet, includes a stunning sequence on the High Line at the West Side Rail Yards. Titled "Passage for Two," the scene features dramatic shots of the dancers silouhetted against a sky that the New York Times [3] called "ravishing."
