Stop by the High Line to view two popular High Line Art installations – Thomas Houseago's Lying Figure [2] and the group exhibition Lilliput [3] – before they are de-installed this month.
Houseago's bronze sculpture of a headless giant that rests between the High Line's original rail tracks will be de-installed on Friday, March 15. Inspired by Jonathan Swift's Gulliver's Travels, the monumental installation contrasts the small-scale Lilliput sculptures, which will be de-installed by Monday, April 1.
