Shipping InformationOur preferred domestic shipping carrier is UPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. All orders must be shipped to a street address. International orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Additional charges may apply for large number of items in one order and/or orders requiring multiple packages.
Processing Time
Order fulfillment occurs Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders received Monday through Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are usually processed on Monday or by the end of business day Tuesday. Orders received after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the following day.
Q: Can I get a tracking number for my online purchase?
FHL will provide all UPS orders with a tracking number via the email address used during purchase. The tracking number will be sent after the order has been shipped.
Q: When will my order arrive?
All domestic product orders are shipped via UPS Ground, except orders which have requested expedited delivery (additional charge will apply).

Q: Does the High Line Web Shop ship internationally?
Yes. Additional charges will apply (see chart above). Please be advised that delivery times are dependent on country customs.
Q: What is the High Line Web Shop return policy?
All sales via the High Line Web Shop are final unless the item(s) arrive in a damaged condition, in which case they will be replaced at no additional charge.
Q: Are prices subject to change?
Product price is subject to change occasionally and without warning. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Q: Do you offer discounts for High Line Members?
Members contributing $75 or more can also take advantage of our High Line Membership Discount Program. See the full list of neighborhood stores and restaurants that offer discounts to members.
Q: Do you have a physical location where I can purchase shop items if I'm visiting the park?
All items are available for purchase at our administrative office during the winter when the park's membership and merchandise carts hibernate. Operating hours are: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Q: How do I ask questions or make comments about the High Line Web Shop?

All of our shirts are 100% cotton American Apparel shirts. American Apparel T-shirts usually run a little small, so we recommend ordering one size larger than the T-shirt size you normally wear. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Please note, our products may shrink a bit after washing. Men's
