ASK is both a wind vane and an oracle that invites the audience to ask for guidance from the force of the wind. Made of painted iron, the sculpture features the words “YES,” “MAYBE,” “NOT NOW,” signs that line up with wind-driven pointers to give answers for visitors standing nearby. The work’s main goal is to raise awareness regarding the environmental challenges of modern urbanization.
