Jeanine Oleson

Speaking/Trumpet/Weave

Jeanine Oleson (b. 1974, Astoria, Oregon, United States) lives and works in Brooklyn, New York, United States.  Speaking/Trumpet/Weave is a series of four interwoven, hammered copper and brass speaking trumpets attached to a wood-sheathed base. The four large horns are a fantastical version of a public megaphone.
