Robert Pruitt

Living Wonder

Robert Pruitt (b. 1975, Houston, Texas, United States) lives and works in Brooklyn, New York, United States. Living Wonder is an obelisk featuring two video screens: facing east, an all-seeing eye, and facing west, an animated divine cleric speaking a rotating series of fractured sermons, spurious religious songs, and self-reflective monologues that reveal alternating moods of paranoia, ego, and joy.
