Gidree Balwee Foundation of Arts in Thakurgaon, Bangladesh: Kamruzzaman Shadhin (b. 1974, Thakurgaon, Bangladesh) and Salma Jamal Moushum (b. Thakurgaon, Bangladesh)

Waves, cast in brass with intricate patterns inspired by a traditional bamboo weaving technique, invites viewers to reflect on the historical relationship between humans and water and the vital role that relationship has played in the shaping of history, culture, and society throughout the world.
