ABOUT THE HIGH LINE TEEN ARTS & CULTURE COUNCIL
The High Line Teen Arts & Culture Council is a group of 14 local youth who produce programs in the park. These teen staff members spend over six months thinking critically about power and cultural production, attending events across the city for inspiration, and working in teams to develop their own programs. Over 1,400 teens from across the city come together at these exciting events.
