Sip wine from Terroir’s sundeck bar, listen to live jazz by local artists Tocino Trio while lounging on the Sundeck, and take a closer look at the moon, planets, and stars through high-powered telescopes provided by the Amateur Astronomers Association. Basically, an ideal night out with friends or a date.

About Tocino Trio
You might recognize this guest artist, since he has been working at the High Line as a “park ranger” since 2011. John Speck, bandleader of the Tocino Trio, is a seasoned and versatile trombonist who continues to perform and record with legendary musicians across genres, internationally. He is equally at home in performance art and popular music settings. For this occasion he will be mixing Jazz roots with celestial lounge influences to accompany the High Line’s stargazers.
