Park update: The section of the High Line between 30th St. and 11th Ave. and 34th St. and 12th Ave. is temporarily closed. In addition, the 30th St. elevator will be out of service from April 24-25. You can find a list of alternate elevator options on our Visitor Info page.
Private group tours are an excellent way to learn more about the High Line. These intimate experiences are led by our expert High Line Docents, and they can be tailored to your interest in architecture, history, design, horticulture, art, and more.
Each tour lasts approximately 75 minutes, starting at the entrance to the High Line on Gansevoort St. and moving north through the park. Tour fees are based on the number of attendees:
1 – 12 people: $250
13 – 20 people: $350
21 – 30 people: $500
31 – 40 people: $600
All proceeds support public programming on the High Line.
Scheduling a tour is easy! We just require three weeks’ advance notice. Please fill out an inquiry form and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
We require a credit card deposit of $50 with each tour request. We’ll follow up with you by email to confirm your scheduled tour, along with an invoice for the balance—due within five business days. To protect our staff’s time, we must cancel any tour that is not paid in-full within this timeframe, and the $50 deposit will not be refunded.
Also, we may not be able to accommodate your requested tour dates. If that’s the case, we’ll refund your deposit. Remember: All tours are rain or shine!Submit an inquiry
