The High Line has been an inspiration both personally and professionally. I have been documenting and creating paintings of the High Line as an artist for over a decade. My continual visits to New York allow me to observe changes and developments both on the High Line and in the surrounding areas.
Through my paintings, I have created imagery showcasing the details, from the railings and the benches to broader landscape imagery of the High Line and the city itself. Both functional and aesthetic, this park offers a unique experience in a dense urban environment. I will continue to celebrate that uniqueness.
