Integral Yoga Institute of New York is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the practice and teachings of Integral Yoga, as taught by Sri Swami Satchidananda. These teachings facilitate an easeful body, a peaceful mind, a useful life and, ultimately, the realization of one's true Self. Integral Yoga encourages interfaith harmony by respecting all the world's faiths with the goal to promote peace in the individual and in the world.

The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres is a non-profit organization named after Swami Sivananda, one of the most influential spiritual teachers of the 20th century and founded by his disciple Swami Vishnudevananda. Their mission is to spread peace, health and joy through yoga.

On the last Tuesday of every month, join our special guest meditation leaders:
June 28 – Emily Fletcher, Ziva Meditation
July 26 – John McIlwain, Garrison Institute
August 30 – Ben Turshen
September 27 – Jeff Kober
