Staff at all levels, from all departments, volunteer their time to help us directly address issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion as an organization. Our goal is to create a healthier, more inclusive work environment.
This committee promotes wellness and plans healthy activities for our staff—everything from mosaic-making to yoga classes to a staff softball league. All ideas and practices are welcome!
We host staff events and activities throughout the year, bringing our team together to connect, meet each other’s families, and have fun.
Friends of the High Line is an advocate for professional development and provides internal opportunities for training and growth. We also encourage our employees to seek out and attend professional development seminars or workshops that will enable them to remain abreast of best practices in their respective fields as well as to enhance their knowledge and skills.
