World Blood Donor Day Celebration

Tuesday, June 14, 2016
8 – 10pm
Location
14th Street Passage, on the High Line at West 14th Street

On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, join us for an evening of film screenings by Leo Herrera, art projections by Jordan Eagles, music by The Carry Nation, and an opportunity to become a part of the #BloodEquality campaign to raise awareness of FDA’s discriminatory policy banning blood donations from gay and bisexual men.

Come celebrate the many people who have come together in solidarity to raise awareness of this important issue, and get your picture taken by Harold Julian as part of an interactive artwork, as you show your support. The evening will be presented in partnership with Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC), FCB Health, and artist Jordan Eagles.
